FLOW LINE PROCESS

Step 1:
Remove impurities such as oil, dust, rust, etc. on the surface of the workpiece to increase the adhesion of the coating on the surface of the workpiece.

Step 2:
Moisture drying After the pre-treatment step is completed, some moistureand possible tiny partices will remain on the surface ofthe workpiece. The principleof moisture drying is to evaporate the moisture on the surface of the workpiece byheating to ensure that the surface of the workpiece is dry before it enters the powdecoating process,so that the powder coating can be evenly adhered.

Step 3:
Electrostatic Powder Coating Electrostatic spraying is the core part of thepowder coating line. In this process, the powder coating is fed into the spray gun,which generates high voltage static electricity through an electrostatic generator.When the powder coating passes through the gun, ittakes on an electrical charge.Since the workpiece is grounded, the charged powder coating is uniformly adsorbedon the surface of the workpiece under the action of electrostatic gravity.

Step 4:
Baking and Curina The coated workpiece then enters the bakina and curincchamber.in the high temperature environment, the resin and curing agent in thepowder coating react chemically to form a strong, durable coating.This process notonly fixes the coating, but also gives it excellent corrosion and weathering resistance

Step 5:
: Post Stage ProcessingFinally, the workpiece undergoes post-processingsteps such as cooling, inspection and packaging to ensure that the coating qualitymeets standards and is ready for shipment.
